These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VibeCodeAtlas (the “Service”), a platform for discovering vibe-coded and AI-built apps. The Service is owned and developed by Forgefire Technologies, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using VibeCodeAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

VibeCodeAtlas lets users discover, search, submit, and upvote apps built with AI and “vibe coding” tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

To submit apps or upvote, you sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Your submissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as app listings, descriptions, and screenshots). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the rights necessary to submit the content and grant this license.
  • The content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • The content is not unlawful, misleading, malicious, spammy, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Upload malware or link to malicious or deceptive applications.
  • Manipulate upvotes, rankings, or other Service mechanics.
  • Scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Third-party apps and links

Apps listed on VibeCodeAtlas are created and operated by third parties. Listing an app does not mean we endorse, verify, or guarantee it. We are not responsible for third-party apps, websites, or content, and you access them at your own risk.

6. Moderation

We may review, moderate, edit, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion — for example, content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful or inappropriate.

7. Our intellectual property

The VibeCodeAtlas name, logo, design, and software are owned by Forgefire Technologies and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgefire Technologies and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgefire Technologies from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
