This Privacy Policy explains how VibeCodeAtlas (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information. VibeCodeAtlas is a platform for discovering vibe-coded and AI-built apps, and is owned and developed by Forgefire Technologies, India.

By using VibeCodeAtlas (the “Service”), you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Content you submit. Apps you submit (such as name, URL, description, builder name, and screenshots) and the upvotes you make.
  • Automatically collected data. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and access logs, generated by our hosting and network providers.
  • Cookies. A single session cookie used to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
  • To display the apps and upvotes you contribute.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity.
  • To respond to your requests and communicate with you about the Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run VibeCodeAtlas:

  • Google — for sign-in/authentication.
  • Railway — application hosting and database.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and security.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see “Your rights” below). Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as security and fraud prevention.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Indian users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Users in the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

VibeCodeAtlas is not intended for anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

VibeCodeAtlas is operated from India and may process and store data on servers located in other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
